OUR BIKE-ANGEL WORRY-FREE SERVICE PACKAGE

Help when things go wrong: Breakdown Assistance & Workshop Service

24/7 Hotline: We are available for you day and night. One call is enough and we will immediately tell you the nearest workshop.

Mobile breakdown assistance: Whenever possible, we repair your bike directly on site. We send assistance to you and cover the costs of the service call as well as any necessary small parts.

Towing service: If the bike cannot be repaired on site, we arrange for your bike – including luggage – to be transported to the nearest specialist workshop


Always on the move: Continued Travel & Replacement Bike

Public transport: If your bike cannot be repaired immediately, we cover the costs of your onward or return journey by bus or train.

Rental bicycle or bike: So you don’t have to cancel your tour, we organize a replacement bike and cover the rental costs for up to 14 days.


Safe on the road and while traveling*

Europe-wide coverage: Your BIKE-ANGEL accompanies you throughout Europe, the Mediterranean neighboring countries, as well as the Canary Islands, Madeira, and the Azores.

Recovery & transport: After an accident, we recover your bike even from difficult terrain (up to €2,000).


Theft Protection*

If your bike is stolen, we won’t leave you stranded:

Return or onward journey: We organize and pay for your trip to your destination or back home (up to €500).

Rental bicycle or bike: We provide a replacement bike for up to 14 days (max. €25/day).

Emergency accommodation: If you are stranded, we book a hotel for you and cover the costs for up to 5 nights (max. €80/night).

* The services listed below are provided for incidents occurring more than 10 km from your place of residence and while traveling.

What warranty does LLobe offer for its e-bikes?

LLobe offers a warranty of 24 months or 500 charging cycles for the battery, whichever comes first. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects and applies only to the original purchaser. A valid proof of purchase is required. Damage caused by improper commercial use or the use of non-original spare parts is excluded.

Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty may become void if damage is proven to have been caused by using a third-party spare part.
We therefore recommend using only approved original parts to keep your full warranty coverage.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, LLobe will of course cover the transport costs for shipping your bike to us and back.
This ensures your warranty process remains simple and free of charge for you.

Our e-bikes are intended for private use only.
Please note that no warranty claims apply in the case of business or commercial use (e.g., rental, courier services, sharing models).
